Q: Are Palomar webinars free of charge for attendees?
A: Yes. Palomar is pleased to hold many free webinars covering diverse topics featuring renowned speakers.

Q: Can you automatically add me as an attendee for all Palomar Webinars?
A: We do not have a way of adding an attendee to webinars. Please register for the individual seminars you want to attend.

Q: How do I register to attend a live web webinar?
A: Visit our Webinars page and select the upcoming live webinar you want to attend. Upon submitting registration you will automatically receive an email containing the event link and log-on instructions.

Q: How do I view archived webinar topics?

A:  Visit our Webinars page and you can find our archived webinar topics located in the left-hand navigation and at the bottom of the webinars page under Currently Available Webinars.  Select the topic you want to learn more about and register to watch the archived live webinar recording you want to view.  Complete a brief registration form and upon submitting you will automatically be led to a webpage containing the event link to view the archived webinar on-demand.

Q: How do I log on to  live webinars?
A: Upon registering for a live event, an email containing the event link and logon instructions will automatically be sent to the email address provided. Save this email and don't forget the password you created during registration. Follow the logon instructions on the day and time of the live event. You will be allowed to log on up to 15 minutes before the event begins.

Q: I registered to attend a live webinar, why did I not receive an email confirmation?
A: Your confirmation email is automatically sent upon registering to attend a live webinar, followed by a reminder email closer to the event date.

  • Please be sure you have entered your email address correctly in the registration form. 
  • If you have a spam filter set or your email program is set to accept email from known email addresses only, you will need to addinfo@palomarmedical.com and webevent@palomarmedical.com to your approved list.

Q: If I miss a webinar, when will I be able to view the archived recording?
A: A recording of the live webinar is generally available under Currently Available Webinars 24 hours after the live event.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements to view an archived webinar?
A: To view a recorded webinar on the Windows platform, you should have a computer with:

  • Intel Pentium 166 MHz or faster
  • 128 MB RAM or more
  • sound card
  • 6K modem connection or better (128K recommended)

Q: I am having technical difficulties registering for or viewing a live webinar. Who can I speak to for technical help?
A: Please call Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro In-Meeting support 800-422-3623 (800-42-ADOBE)
